More than 150 Women Investors, Consultants, Academics, and Industry Leaders gathered in New York City at the Yale Club for the 2023 Women Investors’ Forum. The overall program centered around the overall theme of a Holistic Leadership Approach. To launch the discussions, Executive Coach Tracy Pruzan-Roy facilitated an engaging leadership workshop focusing on a holistic approach to leadership and life.
The interactive private market asset class roundtables discussed timely strategies within each of the asset classes and wove in key discussion topics on sustainably and DEI within the industry.
Two additional special highlights were the Senior Leadership Keynote Lunch Panel, led by AIF Consultant Board Chair Sue Crotty, and recognition of the junior women investors in attendance within the “Take a Seat at the Table” program that creates seats at the event for these junior women investors nominated to attend.
The event also highlighted key 2024 initiatives including the “Future Leaders Program” for junior investors, allowing them to connect with AIF Global resources and mentors, the 2023 European Women Investors Breakfast on November 30, and the September 2024 Women Investors Forum 10-year Celebration!
AIF Global and AIF Institute also recognized their WIF Aligned Organizations and the Women Investors Leadership Steering Committee for their continued work and dedication to the Women Investors Forum and resources.
