The AIF Institute provides customized educational programs to institutional investors on a standalone basis or in combination with its roundtable discussion forums. The AIF Institute creates bespoke programming for institutional investors:

- Building upon programs that AIF has successfully delivered to other institutional investors
- Sharing the best ideas and best practices that AIF has observed in other institutional investors
Educational Partnership with the National Institute of Public Finance
AIF began collaboration with the National Institute of Public Finance (NIPF) in 2014 and helped to create the nation’s first Certificate in Public Treasury Management (CPTM) program, which was held at Pepperdine University in July 2015.
The state treasurers were sufficiently pleased and invited AIF back to help create and facilitate the Educational Partnership with the National Institute of Public Finance 2017, 2019, and 2022 CPTM programs and to have AIF combine its West Coast Investors’ Forum with the NIPF’s alternative investments sessions.

Cutting-Edge Curriculum for an Immediate, Sustainable Impact
Each year, more than 200 state treasurers, CIOs, investors, and public-sector professionals participate in the NIPF in partnership with the AIF Institute. The post-NIPF data indicate that 98.5% of investors and participants gained a positive learning and collaboration experience, with 93.7% indicating immediate planned application of learning in their states and organizations.

Collaboration with Leading Public Pension Systems Nationally and Internationally
